I deeply appreciate the blessing you have been to my life and walk all these years.” Give thanks for the ways in which the Lord has used the Words of Hope devotional to minister to this man in prison.
INDONESIA — Please pray for Words of Hope listener communities as they study the book of Revelation with our new Bible study materials. Many people are encountering Revelation with fresh understanding, and are moving away from fear and toward hope in Christ. Ask God to deepen insight and protect people from confusion.
SOUTH SUDAN — Remember the ministry in South Sudan as radio programs share transformative messages from local leaders and chiefs. As the government partners to air these programs, their reach and influence continue to grow across the country. Ask God to use these messages to bring hope, unity, and lasting change in South Sudan.
NEPAL — Please pray for the people of Nepal as they recover from devastating floods and landslides that killed at least 50 individuals, destroyed homes, and cut off vital roads and bridges. Ask God to comfort grieving families, strengthen rescue teams, and provide shelter and hope to those displaced.
ALBANIA — Pray for the people of Albania as they continue to navigate economic challenges and spiritual hunger in a country still healing from decades of religious oppression. Ask God to strengthen the growing Christian community and open hearts to the hope of the gospel. Pray for the Words of Hope team working to share Christ’s love in both word and action.
INDIA — Give thanks for the development of a new WhatsApp Bible study. A verse by verse audio study has been distributed for the books of Philippians and Colossians. Listeners have now requested that the team produce the same style of Bible study for the book of Revelation, which is currently underway.
UGANDA — Please pray for the continued impact of the Freedom in Christ monthly meetings, which have been drawing an average of 450 attendees. Give thanks for the strong in-person turnout and for a growing online presence through YouTube and Facebook. Many who work far away or even in other countries are now able to join virtually and stay connected.
TÜRKIYE — Pray for our team in Türkiye as they navigate significant staffing changes and difficult decisions. Pray that these steps will lead to long-term growth, sustainability, and even greater impact. Ask for wisdom, unity, and renewed strength as the team continues to move forward in faith.
BHUTAN — Words of Hope’s Bhutan ministry leader shares: “Our programs are being used by others—especially by local pastors who do not have a theological background. Our work for the Lord through this media ministry is not going in vain. Our voices are reaching to the places where we are not able to reach.”
NIGER — One of Words of Hope’s producers in Niger writes: “Listeners continue to contact us either to thank us or to ask questions of understanding. It is indeed a source of joy to be a blessing to others. Our broadcasts are a real help to our listeners. And many call us to express their satisfaction.”
INDIA — Pray for the Maithili-speaking community, a group of nearly fifteen million people in India and abroad with a rich literary heritage. Despite the language’s prominence—even with university departments dedicated to its study—only 1.3% of Maithili speakers know Christ. Ask God to open doors for gospel outreach and raise up workers to share his Word in Maithili.
