Full-time position (4o hours a week)

The Regional Development Associate advances the mission of Words of Hope by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with major donors—individuals, families, and churches—primarily in Iowa and the surrounding states. This position manages a portfolio of approximately 150-200 donors, focusing on building long-term partnerships that result in increased engagement and significant financial investment in the ministry.

Working closely with the Donor and Church Relations Associate, the Regional Development Associate also strengthens connections with supporting churches in the region, fostering mutual encouragement and mission collaboration.
