NEPAL — Remember our church partner in Nepal as they conclude their “Deeper Church” sermon series, encouraging leaders and believers to refocus on Christ’s vision for the church. Ask God to deepen their understanding of what it means to be a healthy, durable, mission-focused church.
DEVOTIONAL — A devotional reader living in prison writes: “Pastor Jon, I read your morning devotional. I have spent 35 years in prison. Your devotional books are what give me peace and comfort in knowing that I am not alone. Even though times have been hard and tough, I keep looking forward to my next morning’s reading.”
SOUTH SUDAN — Please pray for the millions facing extreme food insecurity, flooding, and violence across South Sudan. Pray that aid would reach those who are at risk of famine. Ask the Lord to protect civilians caught in escalating airstrikes and militia clashes, and pray that no more hospitals or homes would be destroyed.
INDONESIA — Give thanks that our team in Indonesia got a chance to hear some powerful testimonies from listener community coordinators. The testimonies helped them to see how the audio-visual media they create is bearing fruit in the lives of listeners and viewers. Ask God to continue using their work to grow faith and offer comfort to those facing hardship.
BHUTAN — Please pray for the 22 pastors who attended a recent leadership seminar in Bhutan. These pastors serve faithfully among struggling tea farming communities. Ask God to bless their efforts as they minister to people facing financial and social hardship. Give thanks for the distribution of Bible commentaries and devotionals.
TÜRKIYE — Pray for the nation of Türkiye. Ask God to bring peace, stability, and spiritual renewal across the country. Lift up the small but faithful Christian community there, that they would be bold in witness and steadfast in faith. Pray for open hearts among the Turkish people to hear and receive the good news of Jesus.
IRAN — Please remember the people of Iran amid escalating conflict with Israel—pray for protection over civilians, especially those displaced or caught in danger, and for relief efforts to reach those in need. Lift up Iranian families suffering under internet blackouts, strikes, and rising shortages, that they would find strength, hope, and community.
UGANDA — Give thanks for a powerful answer to prayer shared at a Words of Hope service in Uganda. One man, after five years of living on the streets without work, testified that God provided him with a job following a time of intercessory prayer. Praise God for his provision, healing, and restoration in this man’s life.
INDIA — A pastor who participated in a Words of Hope training program wrote: “Since we started working with Words of Hope, our contact with other churches has increased. Previously, different churches used to do ministry of their own, but now we work together. Doing ministry together with other churches is very good and easy. I thank Words of Hope for this.”
ALBANIA — Please pray for the people of Albania, asking God to bring spiritual revival and open hearts to the gospel in a nation where many still live without a personal relationship with Christ. Lift up local churches and ministry leaders as they work to disciple new believers and reach unreached communities.
INDIA — Give thanks for the success of a recent writing workshop in India. Participants said they were grateful to learn valuable skills from experienced mentors. They had the opportunity to practice writing stories, devotions, and reports alongside fellow participants. Pray that the participants will use their writing to bless and inspire those around them.
